Thennat Novo Rosé de Malbec

This wine is made solely from the emblematic Malbec red grapes by means of leaving the skins and solid elements in contact for a few hours with the grape juice.

Cultivation zone: Zona Alta, Mendoza River, Mendoza, Argentina.

Vineyard training: Low trellis system.

Pruning system: Classical Guyot.

Distance between plants: 2m between each row and 1.2m between plants.

Yield: 12,000 kgs per hectare.

Age of vineyard: 40 years.

Harvest: Hand-picked in baskets of 16 kgs each.

Tasting notes: Intense, brigth and attractive raspberry pink colour. Delicate aromas of sweet cherries and red fruits. An enticing wine, with a pleasant finish.

Serving: This wine is wonderful with hors d´oeuvres, soft cheeses, fish and poultry. Or just to enjoy on its own. Recommended serving temperature: 8°C to 10°C.
